- Manage grant and contract proposals: The Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of grant and contract proposals, including reviewing, editing, and submitting proposals to funding agencies.
- Ensure compliance: The Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst will need to have a thorough understanding of funding agency regulations and internal policies to ensure all proposals and awards are in compliance.
- Post-award administration: The Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of post-award administration, including budget monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support: The Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst will act as a resource for faculty and staff, providing guidance and support throughout the grant and contract process.
- Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the Senior Grants and Contracts Analyst to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant and contract activities, including proposals, awards, and compliance documents.

Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Private Funding Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Grant And Contract Management, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Setting.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field. Master’s Degree Preferred.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Review And Interpret Complex Funding Agreements And Contracts.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy In All Aspects Of Grant And Contract Administration.
