  1. Manage and analyze the university's endowments and gifts to ensure proper allocation and utilization.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts related to endowments and gifts.
  3. Work closely with donors, financial advisors, and university leaders to provide strategic financial planning and reporting.
  4. Monitor and analyze investment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement fundraising strategies for endowments and gifts.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to endowments and gifts.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to university leadership and donors.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors and potential donors.
  9. Conduct research and analysis on market trends and best practices in endowment and gift management.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts on endowment and gift management processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in budget planning and decision-making processes related to endowments and gifts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to endowment and gift management.
  13. Communicate effectively with a diverse team to ensure timely and accurate management of endowments and gifts.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Represent the university and its values in all interactions related to endowments and gifts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A University Or Non-Profit Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Endowment And Gift Accounting And Reporting Regulations And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data.

  • Experience With Financial Management Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Tools.
