- Participate in the development and execution of compliance risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential areas of non-compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of the role.
- Continuously evaluate and update the university's compliance program to ensure it remains current and effective.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Large Academic Medical Institution.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulatory Requirements And Develop Effective Compliance Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Compliance Findings And Recommendations To Senior Management.
