• Lead and train a team of compliance auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct effective compliance audits.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for all staff and faculty to promote an ethical and compliant culture within the institution.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure the institution remains in compliance.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and investigations to identify potential areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
