- Lead and train a team of compliance auditors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct effective compliance audits.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for all staff and faculty to promote an ethical and compliant culture within the institution.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure the institution remains in compliance.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and investigations to identify potential areas of risk and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate and educate staff and faculty on compliance issues, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and track compliance training completion and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and faculty on compliance matters and serve as a resource for compliance-related questions.
- Identify and report any compliance violations or potential risks to senior management.
- Participate in compliance committees and meetings to provide updates and recommendations for compliance initiatives.
- Continuously review and improve compliance training and auditing processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Extensive Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Standards: A Sr. Compliance Auditor Trainer At Johns Hopkins University Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Higher Education Institutions.
