  1. Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the university.
  2. Coordinate and manage the daily administrative operations of the university.
  3. Maintain and update various databases and records to ensure accurate and timely information.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for department heads and staff.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  7. Monitor and manage department budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies.
  8. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating interviews and preparing new hire paperwork.
  9. Coordinate and plan events, workshops, and conferences for the university.
  10. Act as a liaison between departments, faculty, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  12. Continuously update and improve administrative processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Train and supervise junior administrative staff, if needed.
  14. Other duties as assigned by department heads or university leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Administrative Support Roles, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Position.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Diverse Groups Of Individuals, Including Senior Level Executives.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Technology Quickly.
