  1. Coordinate and provide administrative support for various HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records in HRIS systems.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR-related tasks and projects.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  7. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees.
  8. Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel and accommodations.
  9. Monitor and track HR-related expenses and assist with budget management.
  10. Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  12. Provide backup support to other HR team members as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
  15. Exhibit a positive and professional attitude and represent the organization in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Support, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Federal And State Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Hr Information Systems, Such As Workday, And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
