  1. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
  3. Maintain and organize HR records and files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including coordinating background checks and creating new hire paperwork.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination of HR operations.
  6. Conduct research and compile data for various HR projects and initiatives.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  8. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as memos and newsletters.
  9. Manage and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to HR operations.
  11. Assist with the coordination of employee events and programs, such as training sessions and wellness initiatives.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  13. Serve as a liaison between employees and HR, providing guidance and support when needed.
  14. Other duties as assigned by the HR department or university leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Support, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems, Microsoft Office, And Other Hr-Related Software.
