- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the simulation center, including scheduling, set-up, and maintenance of simulation equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulation equipment and software.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement simulation scenarios that align with learning objectives.
- Assist in the training and orientation of faculty, staff, and students on simulation equipment and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of simulation equipment inventory, usage, and repairs.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment in the simulation center, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the simulation center.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the simulation experience for students and faculty.
- Stay current with advances in simulation technology and incorporate new techniques and equipment into simulation scenarios.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all simulation center users.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the simulation center.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to coordinate the purchase and maintenance of simulation equipment.
- Participate in simulation center meetings and trainings as required.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to simulation operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Or Related Field.
Experience With Simulation Technology And Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Educational Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Equipment.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
Familiarity With Simulation Software And Equipment, Such As Manikins, Task Trainers, And Virtual Reality Simulators.
