
Senior Mental Health Services Clinician, Coordinator of Single Session Interventions

- Lead and coordinate the Single Session Interventions program within the Mental Health Services team at Johns Hopkins University.
- Provide high-quality clinical services to students through individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement effective interventions and treatment plans for students with diverse mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and staff to ensure comprehensive care for students.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other clinicians, providing guidance and support in the delivery of mental health services.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the Single Session Interventions program and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health to continuously improve services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and presentations on mental health topics for students and staff.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in all aspects of the job.
- Collaborate with campus partners and community resources to ensure students have access to necessary support services.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all interactions with students and staff.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Master's Degree In Social Work, Counseling, Or Psychology From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Mental Health Services Role.
Comprehensive Understanding Of Various Mental Health Issues And Treatment Modalities, Including Evidence-Based Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Supervising And Coordinating Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Collaborate With Other Professionals.
