  1. Provide comprehensive mental health services to students at Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Lead and coordinate a variety of therapeutic groups and workshops.
  3. Promote wellness and foster a supportive community through group therapy.
  4. Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
  5. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for students.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress.

  9. Supervise and mentor junior clinicians and interns.

  13. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students, faculty, and staff.

  15. Continuously evaluate and improve services to meet the needs of the student population.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Mental Health Or Related Field, Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Counseling.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Mental Health Setting, With A Focus On Group Therapy And Workshop Facilitation.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Evidence-Based Practices For Treating A Variety Of Mental Health Concerns, Including But Not Limited To Anxiety, Depression, And Trauma.

  • Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coordinate And Manage Multiple Groups And Workshops Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Diverse Team Of Mental Health Professionals And Effectively Engage With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
