  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for Johns Hopkins University, aligning with the institution's research and innovation goals.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of data programs, including data collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and establish data standards and protocols.
  4. Lead a team of data professionals and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in data management and ensure their integration into the university's data programs.
  6. Provide strategic guidance on data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the university's overall goals and objectives.
