  1. Provide high-quality administrative support to the university by managing day-to-day operations and tasks.
  2. Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment by coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for various departments and university leadership.
  4. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. Serve as a liaison between various departments and university leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  7. Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, and submit purchase requests as necessary.
  8. Assist with budget tracking and expense management for the department.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for department staff and guests.
  10. Train and supervise junior administrative staff, assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
  11. Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for students, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
  13. Collaborate with other university departments and units to support university-wide initiatives and events.
  14. Stay updated on university policies and procedures and ensure compliance within the department.
  15. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes and procedures to increase productivity and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In An Administrative Or Coordinator Role, Preferably In A University Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management And Record Keeping.
