  1. Implement and maintain security systems to ensure the safety and security of the institution.

  4. Monitor and troubleshoot security systems to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security systems are integrated effectively with other systems and processes.

  7. Conduct training and workshops for staff on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.
  8. Respond to and investigate security incidents, and provide recommendations for prevention and mitigation.

  10. Collaborate with external security agencies and vendors to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of security systems.
  11. Participate in emergency response drills and exercises to test the functionality of security systems.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the overall security posture of the institution.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of security systems.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Security Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Security Systems And Protocols, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Access Control Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Mitigate Potential Security Threats.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Other Team Members And Effectively Communicate Security Policies And Procedures To Non-Technical Staff.
