  1. Conduct research: Conduct independent and collaborative research projects using established methodologies and techniques to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field.
  2. Analyze data: Collect, organize, and analyze data using appropriate statistical methods and software to draw meaningful conclusions and contribute to research findings.
  3. Contribute to research design: Collaborate with project leaders and team members to develop research protocols and experimental designs that align with the overall objectives of the project.
  4. Manage research projects: Take ownership of research projects, including coordinating timelines, managing resources, and ensuring project goals are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Communicate findings: Present research findings in various formats, including written reports, presentations, and publications, to disseminate knowledge and contribute to the scientific community.
  6. Maintain lab equipment and supplies: Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and maintained to support ongoing research projects.

  10. Collaborate with other departments: Collaborate with other departments and teams within the university to facilitate interdisciplinary research and promote a collaborative and inclusive research environment.
  11. Maintain accurate records: Document all research procedures, data, and results accurately and in a timely manner to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
  12. Contribute to grant writing: Assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
  13. Maintain a safe work environment: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and your team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Neuroscience.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Research Lab Setting, With A Strong Background In Experimental Design And Data Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Laboratory Techniques, Including Microscopy, Cell Culture, And Molecular Biology.

  • Experience With Grant Writing, Manuscript Preparation, And Presentation Of Research Findings At Scientific Conferences.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers.
