- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of research team members.
- Monitor and track research program budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
- Plan and organize research events, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Communicate research program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including university leadership and funding agencies.
- Provide support and guidance to researchers on research regulations, protocols, and ethical considerations.
- Identify opportunities for research program growth and development and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to research projects and activities.
- Collaborate with university departments and external organizations to promote and disseminate research findings.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Health, Psychology, Or Sociology.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Research Coordination Or Project Management.
Proficiency In Data Collection, Analysis, And Management Using Software Such As Spss Or Sas.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Researchers, Study Participants, And Community Partners.
Knowledge Of Ethical Guidelines And Regulations Related To Human Subjects Research, Including Irb Protocols And Procedures.
