  1. Coordinate and manage research projects within the university, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals and objectives.
  2. Communicate and collaborate with research team members, faculty, and external partners to facilitate project progress and maintain effective working relationships.
  3. Conduct literature reviews and gather data to support research initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and other project-related documents.
  5. Assist with the preparation and submission of research proposals and grant applications.
  6. Organize and facilitate meetings, presentations, and other events related to research projects.
  7. Collect, analyze, and interpret research data using appropriate methods and tools.
  8. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current research trends and technologies to contribute to the advancement of knowledge within the university.
  10. Provide support and guidance to junior research staff and students involved in research projects.
  11. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations related to research activities.
  12. Contribute to the development of new research initiatives and collaborations to drive innovation within the university.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and other project-related information.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Coordinating Research Projects, Preferably In An Academic Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Public Health, Psychology, Or Social Sciences.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Software, Such As Spss Or Sas, And Experience With Research Methodology And Study Design.
