  1. Conduct research and experiments under the direction of faculty members.
  2. Assist in the development of research projects and proposals.
  3. Collect, organize, and analyze data using various methods and tools.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research findings.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed.
  6. Stay updated on current advancements and developments in the field of study.
  7. Communicate research progress and findings to faculty and team members.
  8. Help prepare research reports, presentations, and publications.
  9. Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines.
  10. Participate in team meetings and discussions to share ideas and contribute to project planning.
  11. Assist with the recruitment and scheduling of study participants.
  12. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  13. Help train and supervise junior research assistants or interns.
  14. Actively contribute to the overall research goals and objectives of the university.
  15. Represent Johns Hopkins University in a professional and positive manner.
