  1. Gather and analyze public health data to inform decision-making and drive improvements in population health.
  2. Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for data analysis and develop actionable insights.
  4. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track progress and measure impact.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in public health and business intelligence.
  6. Work closely with public health experts to understand the needs and priorities of the community.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Communicate data insights and recommendations to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Use statistical analysis and visualization tools to identify patterns and trends in data.
  10. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to promote population health.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  12. Train and educate staff on data analysis and interpretation techniques.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on public health data and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  14. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to data management and analysis.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve business intelligence processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Stata.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Visualization In A Healthcare Or Public Health Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Public Health Principles And Practices, Including Disease Surveillance, Health Disparities, And Program Evaluation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Audiences.
