  1. Perform laboratory experiments and procedures under the direction of scientists and researchers.
  2. Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols in the laboratory.
  4. Record and analyze experimental data accurately and efficiently.
  5. Communicate findings and results to team members and superiors.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during experiments.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and data.
  9. Keep up-to-date with current scientific literature and advancements in the field.
  10. Contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory protocols.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  12. Participate in laboratory meetings and discussions.
  13. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
  14. Train new laboratory staff and students on laboratory techniques and procedures.
  15. Assist in the preparation of scientific publications and presentations.
  16. Continuously improve and develop skills and knowledge in the field of scientific research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Science Or Related Field, Preferably In Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Techniques And Equipment, Including Proficiency With Common Laboratory Software And Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Collaborate With Researchers And Faculty Members.
