  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
  3. Prepare and collect samples for analysis.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
  5. Record and analyze data, and present findings to the research team.
  6. Collaborate with researchers and assist in the development of new experiments.
  7. Keep detailed records of experiments, including observations, measurements, and results.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the laboratory.
  9. Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed.
  10. Stay updated on current laboratory techniques and technologies.
  11. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
  12. Train and supervise junior lab technicians and students.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on progress.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Techniques And Protocols, Including Safety Procedures And Data Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Software, And The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
