  1. Lead and manage the data analytics team within the i-team, ensuring their work aligns with the overall goals and objectives of Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Develop and implement data analytics strategies and processes to support decision making and drive impact for i-team initiatives.
  3. Identify and collect relevant data from various sources and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform i-team initiatives.
  5. Present data analysis findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams across the university to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions.
  7. Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to track progress and communicate key metrics for i-team initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  9. Train and mentor team members on data analytics techniques, tools, and processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
  11. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the use of data in all aspects of the i-team's work.
  12. Represent the i-team and Johns Hopkins University at conferences, workshops, and other events related to data analytics.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in data analytics.
  14. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of data analytics processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Data Manipulation, Statistical Analysis, And Data Visualization Using Tools Such As Sql, Python, R, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Project Management And Leading A Team Of Data Analysts, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks, Track Progress, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of High-Quality Results.
