  1. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve public health processes within the i-team.
  2. Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including public health professionals and community organizations, to identify data needs and prioritize projects.
  4. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  5. Develop and maintain data systems and databases to effectively store and manage large amounts of data.
  6. Monitor data trends and identify areas for improvement or further investigation.
  7. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis methods and techniques to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

  11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Johns Hopkins University to share best practices and promote a data-driven culture.
  12. Represent the i-team and Johns Hopkins University at conferences, workshops, and other events related to data analytics and public health.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  15. Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, R, And/Or Sas.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Present Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience Managing A Team Of Data Analysts And/Or Data Scientists, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Data-Driven Projects.
