  1. Develop innovative design solutions: The primary responsibility of the Civic Designer is to use their design skills to create creative and effective solutions to complex societal issues.
  2. Address community challenges: The Civic Designer will work closely with local communities to identify and address their specific needs and challenges through design thinking.

  11. Proactively seek out new opportunities: The Civic Designer should actively seek out new opportunities and partnerships to expand the i-team's reach and impact in addressing community challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Policy, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement And Design Thinking.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization, Using Tools Such As Gis And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Passion For Social Justice And Equity, With A Deep Understanding Of The Intersection Between Design And Community Development.
