Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Planning, Public Policy, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Community Engagement And Design Thinking.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization, Using Tools Such As Gis And Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Passion For Social Justice And Equity, With A Deep Understanding Of The Intersection Between Design And Community Development.
