- Develop and implement educational programs and training materials for standardized patient interactions.
- Facilitate and lead training sessions for students, faculty, and staff on standardized patient methodology.
- Collaborate with faculty and curriculum designers to ensure that standardized patient interactions align with learning objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate with standardized patients to ensure their availability and readiness for interactions.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance during standardized patient interactions.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of standardized patient methodology in healthcare education.
- Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and trends to ensure the accuracy and relevance of standardized patient interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of standardized patient interactions.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to students, faculty, and staff on standardized patient methodology.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of standardized patients.
- Collaborate with other education specialists and standardized patient educators to share best practices and enhance the overall program.
- Represent Johns Hopkins University and promote the standardized patient program at conferences and professional events.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards students, faculty, staff, and standardized patients.
- Adhere to all university policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Master's Degree In Education, Curriculum And Instruction, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Healthcare Education Or Standardized Patient Training.
Knowledge Of Best Practices In Assessment And Evaluation Methods.
Familiarity With Standardized Patient Program Development And Implementation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty And Medical Professionals.
