
Divisional HR Operations Supervisor

- Develop and implement HR operations processes and procedures in alignment with university policies and best practices.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR division, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operations, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Train and mentor HR team members on HR processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate communication and address any HR-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR operations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.
- Lead and participate in special projects related to HR operations, such as system implementations or process improvements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the university's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Laws, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.
Supervisory Experience, Including Managing A Team And Delegating Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Resolve Conflicts.
