  1. Develop and implement HR operations processes and procedures in alignment with university policies and best practices.
  2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR division, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR operations, providing timely and accurate responses.
  6. Train and mentor HR team members on HR processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  8. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to facilitate communication and address any HR-related issues.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR operations.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR operations.
  11. Lead and participate in special projects related to HR operations, such as system implementations or process improvements.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the university's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Laws, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Supervisory Experience, Including Managing A Team And Delegating Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Resolve Conflicts.
