  1. Develop and enhance software applications and systems for education and healthcare purposes.
  2. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth functionality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure a high level of performance and user satisfaction.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to gather feedback and improve software products.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  10. Maintain and update existing software applications and systems.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  12. Adhere to coding standards and best practices set by the organization.
  13. Proactively identify and address technical issues and risks.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software systems and ensure compatibility.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization positively.
