  1. Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff of Johns Hopkins University, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Greet and welcome visitors to the university, representing the institution in a professional and positive manner.
  3. Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing knowledge of university policies and procedures.
  4. Act as a liaison between various departments and individuals within the university to address and resolve issues or concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or conflicts, working to find satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
  7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the university's core values of excellence, integrity, and service in all interactions with customers.
  8. Collaborate with other university staff members to continuously improve and enhance the customer service experience.
  9. Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and offerings in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
