Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth (CTY) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs for gifted and talented students.   1. Develop and implement academic programs for gifted and talented students in collaboration with the Program Manager and other team members.
  2. Provide administrative and logistical support for all aspects of program operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication with students, parents, and staff.
  3. Maintain and organize program materials, resources, and records to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
  4. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of program staff, including instructors and support staff.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to coordinate program logistics and resources.
  6. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Support the Program Manager in developing and managing program budgets.
  8. Communicate program information and updates to students, parents, and staff.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on current trends and research in gifted education to continually improve program offerings.
  11. Act as a role model for students, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
  12. Assist in the planning and execution of program events, such as orientations, ceremonies, and celebrations.
  13. Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote the program.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of students, staff, and program materials.
  15. Continuously strive to uphold the mission and values of Johns Hopkins University and the Center for Talented Youth.

Job Qualifications
