  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the university's contract management policies and procedures.
  2. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and university policies.
  3. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for contract management.
  4. Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract-related tasks, such as obtaining necessary approvals and signatures.
  6. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  8. Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in contract management processes and procedures and make recommendations for enhancements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and developments in contract management and make suggestions for implementing them within the university.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates on contract management activities to superiors and other stakeholders.
  12. Uphold the university's values and standards in all contract-related interactions and activities.
  13. Train and mentor junior contract administrators as needed.
  14. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Contracts And Grants.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
