- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the university's contract management policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and university policies.
- Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for contract management.
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract-related tasks, such as obtaining necessary approvals and signatures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts.
- Identify areas for improvement in contract management processes and procedures and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and developments in contract management and make suggestions for implementing them within the university.
- Prepare and present reports and updates on contract management activities to superiors and other stakeholders.
- Uphold the university's values and standards in all contract-related interactions and activities.
- Train and mentor junior contract administrators as needed.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies and procedures at all times.

Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Administration, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Contracts And Grants.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
