  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand and messaging of Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of university communications and marketing efforts.
  3. Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
  4. Manage and oversee the university's social media presence and online reputation.
  5. Monitor and analyze communication and marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in higher education communications and marketing.
  7. Manage the university's brand guidelines and ensure they are consistently applied across all communication channels.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and handle media requests and inquiries.
  9. Plan and execute events and initiatives to promote the university's brand and engage with current and prospective students, faculty, and staff.
  10. Oversee the budget for communications and marketing initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
  11. Lead and manage a team of communications and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  12. Represent the university at conferences, events, and other external engagements.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional image of the university in all communications and interactions.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective internal communication and alignment of messaging.
  15. Uphold the university's values and mission in all communications and marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Audiences.
