  1. Develop and oversee the Clark Scholars Program, including designing and implementing academic and personal development initiatives for top-performing undergraduate students.
  2. Collaborate with university faculty and staff to create a challenging and supportive academic environment for students.
  3. Recruit, select, and mentor a diverse group of students to participate in the program.
  4. Provide guidance and support to students, including academic advising, goal-setting, and career development.
  5. Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and adherence to university policies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as alumni and industry professionals, to provide networking and internship opportunities for students.
  7. Plan and execute program events, such as workshops, seminars, and social activities, to foster a sense of community among students.
  8. Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
  9. Collaborate with university marketing and communications teams to promote the program and its achievements.
  10. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in academic programs, and incorporate them into the Clark Scholars Program.
  11. Maintain accurate records and data on program participants, outcomes, and impact.
  12. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures related to academic programs and student services.
  13. Represent the program at university events and conferences, and serve as a spokesperson for the program to external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Managing A Similar Program, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Group Of Students, Faculty, And Staff.
