  1. Analyze and review financial data to assist in the development and maintenance of the university's budget.
  2. Monitor and track budget performance, identifying and reporting any variances or discrepancies.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and projections to assist in budget planning.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather budget information and provide financial guidance.
  5. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed initiatives and projects.
  6. Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures regarding budget management.
  7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  8. Prepare budget reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  9. Assist in the preparation of the university's annual budget and financial forecasts.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
  11. Communicate budget information and recommendations effectively to non-financial personnel.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential budgetary issues and risks.
  14. Collaborate with other analysts and team members to improve and streamline budget processes.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data and information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Budget Analysis Or Financial Planning

  • Proficiency In Financial Software And Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel And Sap

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders
