Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Higher Education Institution, Preferably At A Research University Like Johns Hopkins.

  • A Strong Understanding Of Academic And Administrative Processes And Procedures, As Well As Knowledge Of The Higher Education Landscape And Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Complex Projects, Budgets, And Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Such As Faculty, Staff, Students, And External Partners.

  • A Relevant Advanced Degree, Such As A Phd Or Mba, And A Demonstrated Commitment To Ongoing Professional Development And Learning.
