- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks and operations for Johns Hopkins University.
- Act as a point of contact for faculty, staff, and students, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and reporting for various departments and projects within the university.
- Maintain and update university policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for various university departments.
- Prepare and distribute important communications, such as memos, emails, and newsletters, to staff and faculty.
- Manage and maintain university databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with different departments to improve and streamline administrative processes and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new university employees.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Train and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in higher education administration.
- Represent the university in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Administrative Role.
Knowledge Of Financial Management, Budgeting, And Grant Administration.
Experience With Project Management And Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
