  1. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance staff engagement and satisfaction at Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify staff development needs and create corresponding training programs.
  3. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive culture for all staff members.
  4. Plan and execute events and activities that promote a positive work environment and foster a sense of community among staff.
  5. Serve as a resource for staff members and provide support and guidance as needed.
  6. Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback from staff and use this information to continuously improve the staff experience.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to retain top talent and promote employee growth and advancement.
  8. Liaise with other departments and university leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in staff experience initiatives.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to staff engagement and development.
  10. Monitor and report on key metrics related to staff experience, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction ratings.
  11. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the staff community.
  12. Manage and mentor a team of staff experience coordinators to support the overall goals and objectives of the department.
  13. Act as an ambassador for Johns Hopkins University and promote a positive image of the institution to current and potential employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In A University Or Similar Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
