  1. Develop and implement life design education curriculum that aligns with the mission and values of Johns Hopkins University's Advanced Academic Programs.
  2. Create and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other educational programs to enhance students' personal and professional development.
  3. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to guide students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals.
  4. Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate life design principles into existing academic courses and programs.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in life design education and incorporate them into program offerings.
  6. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and other external partners to provide students with networking and career opportunities.
  8. Provide guidance and resources for students to explore and pursue various career paths and opportunities.
  9. Track and analyze program outcomes and student success to inform future program development and improvements.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and selection of students for life design education programs.
  11. Serve as a liaison between students and university resources, providing referrals and support as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to promote and market life design education programs and services.
  13. Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures related to student services and program administration.
  14. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in life design education.
  15. Support the overall mission and goals of Johns Hopkins University's Advanced Academic Programs and contribute to a positive and inclusive campus culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Higher Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Career Counseling Or Advising Within A Higher Education Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Theories And Best Practices In Career Development.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations.

  • Experience In Developing And Delivering Educational Programs And Workshops Related To Career Planning And Development.
