  1. Develop and enhance the curriculum for various departments and schools at Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to design and implement innovative and effective curriculum strategies.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on best practices in curriculum development and implementation.
  4. Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum changes and improvements.
  5. Ensure alignment of curriculum with university and departmental goals and objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to gather feedback and incorporate input into curriculum development.
  7. Oversee the implementation of new curriculum and provide ongoing support and training to faculty and staff.
  8. Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Manage and allocate resources for curriculum development and implementation.
  10. Stay informed on accreditation requirements and ensure curriculum meets all necessary standards.
  11. Collaborate with other university departments and external organizations to enhance the academic experience for students.
  12. Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve skills and knowledge related to curriculum development and implementation.
  13. Serve as a resource for faculty and staff on curriculum-related issues.
  14. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to curriculum.
  15. Represent the university at conferences and events related to curriculum development and implementation.

Job Qualifications
