  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methods to continuously improve and innovate the university's facilities.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and codes during the design and construction process.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
  10. Foster a collaborative and collegial work environment by effectively communicating with team members and providing guidance and support when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Architectural Design And Project Management.

  • Proficiency In Autocad, Revit, And Other Design Software.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations, Particularly In The State Of Maryland.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Stakeholders And Teams.
