  1. Conduct comprehensive and thorough evaluations of applications for undergraduate and graduate programs, ensuring adherence to university admissions criteria.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other recruitment partners to identify and attract potential students.
  3. Represent the university at various recruitment events, both in-person and virtually, to promote the institution and its programs.
  4. Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance throughout the admissions process.
  5. Collaborate with university faculty and staff to develop and implement strategies for attracting and enrolling a diverse student body.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve the admissions process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in college admissions, and make recommendations for enhancing the university's recruitment strategies.
  8. Assist with the planning and execution of on-campus events, such as open houses and admitted student programs.
  9. Evaluate and select scholarship recipients based on academic merit and financial need.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Contribute to the overall success and reputation of the university by upholding its mission, values, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  12. Maintain accurate and confidential records of applicant data and admissions decisions.
  13. Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to admissions and higher education.
  14. Collaborate with other admissions officers and university departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for admitted students.
  15. Contribute to the university's enrollment goals by meeting or exceeding recruitment and yield targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Psychology, Or Communications.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Admissions Or A Related Field, Preferably At A University Setting.

  • Familiarity With Admissions Processes And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Application Review, And Enrollment Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Groups Of Students, Parents, And Faculty.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
