  1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the university, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  2. Maintain and organize department records, documents, and files in an efficient and systematic manner.
  3. Prepare and distribute important communications, such as memos, reports, and presentations, on behalf of the department.
  4. Manage and coordinate department budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate individual or department.
  6. Assist with the organization and execution of events and activities, such as conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support department projects and initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the university.
  9. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Uphold the university's standards of excellence and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
  12. Attend and participate in department meetings and training sessions as required.
  13. Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and regulations and ensure compliance in all administrative tasks.
  14. Other duties as assigned by the department head or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A University Or Academic Setting.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Faculty, Staff, And Students.
