- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations at Johns Hopkins University.
- Maintain and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for university staff and faculty.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
- Develop and implement systems for organizing and storing administrative documents and records.
- Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies or issues to senior management.
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Plan and execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative management, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize administrative processes and operations.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In An Administrative Setting.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Administrative Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Budget Management And Strategic Planning.
