  1. Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations at Johns Hopkins University.
  2. Maintain and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative inquiries and concerns.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for university staff and faculty.
  5. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  6. Develop and implement systems for organizing and storing administrative documents and records.
  7. Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies or issues to senior management.
  8. Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
  10. Plan and execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative management, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  14. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize administrative processes and operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In An Administrative Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Administrative Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience In Budget Management And Strategic Planning.
