Job Description

At Johns Hopkins Medicine, we are looking for an experienced Vascular Access RN Coordinator to join our team and help us provide world-class patient care. This person will help coordinate vascular access services and provide direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to patient-centered care. The Vascular Access RN Coordinator will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and collaborate with an outstanding team of healthcare professionals.The successful candidate will possess a current RN license and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in vascular access or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with vascular access procedures, including PICC lines, midlines, ports, and dialysis access. The Vascular Access RN Coordinator must be knowledgeable about evidence-based practice standards, infection control standards, and patient safety. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
