  1. Greet and welcome patients to Johns Hopkins Medicine, creating a warm and inviting environment for their healthcare experience.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to patient inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  3. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  4. Maintain knowledge of Johns Hopkins Medicine services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.
  5. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and completing necessary paperwork.
