Job Description

Johns Hopkins Medicine is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Performance Improvement Analyst to join our Supply Chain Department and help us to achieve our mission of providing world-class healthcare. As a key member of our team, the Supply Chain Performance Improvement Analyst will drive process and cost-improvement initiatives that will have a positive impact on our overall efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations or a related field and at least five years of experience in a supply chain and/or related performance improvement role. Expertise in process improvement methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders is essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute performance improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain Department.
  2. Analyze data to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and cost reduction.
  3. Implement process improvement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  4. Develop and present performance improvement plans to stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all process improvement efforts are successful.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Conduct research and suggest innovative solutions to improve supply chain processes.
  10. Provide training and support to other team members as needed.
