Supply Chain Industrial Engineer

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a supply chain environment. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems. Additionally, they should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. The successful candidate must also have a strong work ethic, be able to think critically, and be able to work independently. We are looking for a creative problem solver who is willing to take initiative and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: -Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain operations and processes -Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize supply chain performance -Analyze supply chain data and provide actionable recommendations -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure supply chain objectives are met -Manage inventory and optimize stock levels -Monitor and report on supply chain performance -Maintain and support ERP systems -Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations -Train and mentor staff in supply chain principles and operations -Identify and address areas of improvement in supply chain operations
