- Oversee and manage the supply chain operations for Johns Hopkins Medicine, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of medical supplies and equipment to healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and track the movement of supplies and equipment throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate and maintain contracts and pricing agreements.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, such as healthcare facility staff and procurement teams, to understand supply needs and ensure timely delivery.

- Train and mentor team members on supply chain processes and procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Handle any supply chain-related issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between different departments within Johns Hopkins Medicine to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all supply chain activities.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain, Logistics, Or Procurement.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Supply Chain Issues.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
