Supervisor, Health Information Management

4. Monitor department performance and identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the management of health information.
6. Train and orient HIM staff on new processes and technologies.
7. Monitor and analyze HIM trends and metrics.
8. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Develop and coordinate HIM audits and quality assurance reviews.
10. Liaise with other departments and medical staff to ensure efficient and accurate HIM operations.
