
Stroke Quality Improvement Nurse

As a Stroke Quality Improvement Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of stroke care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and the healthcare professionals who provide them with care.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, have at least two years of experience in stroke care quality improvement, and have a current license to practice as a registered nurse. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate stroke care quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and track stroke care quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address gaps in care.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide education and resources to healthcare professionals to enhance stroke care quality.
- Monitor clinical performance of healthcare staff to ensure compliance with stroke care standards.
- Participate in research studies and quality improvement projects.
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside organizations to facilitate collaboration.
- Serve as a resource to healthcare professionals regarding stroke care quality improvement.
