  1. Conduct data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational and financial optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide strategic insights and data-driven solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
  4. Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to perform predictive modeling and forecasting.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in business intelligence and data analytics.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  8. Work closely with IT teams to maintain and enhance data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for specialized data analysis projects.
  12. Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings and providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Data Science, Or Information Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Or Data Visualization.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi.

  • Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner To Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Healthcare Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Specifically In Analyzing Healthcare Data And Knowledge Of Hipaa Regulations.
