
Revenue Cycle Supervisor

- Oversee and manage the revenue cycle team, including training, mentoring, and providing ongoing support and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure maximum revenue collection and minimize revenue leakage.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue cycle operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve revenue cycle performance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any coding or billing errors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
- Manage and maintain relationships with insurance companies and third-party payers.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and present them to upper management.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall revenue cycle efficiency.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to minimize outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and follow-up on any denials or rejections.
- Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and changes in regulations or policies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Revenue Cycle Processes And Industry Regulations, Including Coding, Billing, And Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing Systems And Electronic Health Records, With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
