  1. Oversee and manage the revenue cycle team, including training, mentoring, and providing ongoing support and feedback.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle processes and procedures.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure maximum revenue collection and minimize revenue leakage.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue cycle operations and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve revenue cycle performance.
  6. Conduct regular audits to identify and address any coding or billing errors.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and CMS guidelines.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with insurance companies and third-party payers.
  9. Develop and maintain financial reports and present them to upper management.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve overall revenue cycle efficiency.
  11. Monitor and manage accounts receivable to minimize outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and follow-up on any denials or rejections.
  13. Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and changes in regulations or policies.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional working environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Revenue Cycle Processes And Industry Regulations, Including Coding, Billing, And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing Systems And Electronic Health Records, With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
